About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our head office in Regents Park, NSW.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Maintain & develop customer relationships with existing customers and new customers;
  • Assist in the development of niche and new market opportunities;
  • Identify new business opportunities;
  • Develop strategic business plans considering customer needs and new product requirements;
  • Prepare quotes and related documentation;
  • Respond to tenders and quotations for targeted projects;
  • Maintaining daily activities & quoting within a computerised CRM system - Salesforce.
  • Identify strategies for launching new products within existing and new markets, to grow the company’s sales within the allocated State, particularly in the B2B environment

Experience in the following industries are highly desirable:

  • Security, & Access Control;
  • Building & Construction.

What you bring to the role:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years Business Development experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with effective time management
  • Leadership qualities;
  • Self motivated and highly organised;
  • Ambitious and competitive characteristics;
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets.
