• Accounts Receivable: the accurate processing of sales orders, progress billing, product and service billing as well as posting of cash receipts. Assist in collection of accounts as required.
  • Accounts Payable: the processing of all accounts payable transactions including vendor invoices, employee expense reports, credit card charges ensuring accuracy of each bill and proper classification.
  • Purchasing: creation, distribution as well as follow up on all outstanding purchase orders to ensure on time delivery.
  • Participate in preparation for the annual audit.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP (modules FI, CO, PS) in workplace setting is required.
  • Sales quotations tools including QuoteWerks and FPX CPQ
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
  • Self starter with the ability to perform duties independently and accurately
  • Must have excellent follow up and tracking skills
  • Two to three years of experience in similar position
  • Reliable and committed to consistently meeting monthly closing deadlines
