Sales Area Manager
The candidate will drive the development of the business from the existing base of customers for the assigned area (Area North, initially with specific focus on Emilia Romagna, Tuscany and Liguria). The candidate will manage the entire selling cycle, developing and maintaining relationships with the customers and arranging system quotations and sales.
- Become fully conversant with the range of parking products presented by HUB Parking Technology and promote in the marketplace.
- Generate contacts in the marketplace following the company’s strategic objectives.
- Develop sales negotiations; prepare offers at the best sales conditions.
- Prepare periodic forecasting for sales planning.
- Develop the business to achieve annual sales targets.
- Make personal contact with the customer base and build strong corporate relationships.
- Attend exhibitions, as required, to promote the company brand and product range.
- Contribute towards the strategic development of the company.
- Technical Background or Technical Degree will be a plus.
- A proven track record of 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales role or experience as Technical Installation within related industries in a B2C Business.
- Can build relationships quickly with both customers and colleagues
- Possesses excellent time management and is able to prioritise workload and maintain own sales pipeline.
- Highly motivated, committed and enthusiastic.
- Demonstrate strong initiative and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Italian and English
