What you will do with us:

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between our clients, contractors, and internal teams—ensuring seamless coordination and timely project delivery. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing and overseeing installation processes from planning through to completion.
  • Conducting site inspections and ensuring safety and quality documentation (JSEA, SWMS) is accurately completed.
  • Coordinating stakeholders and resources to meet project milestones and resolve issues proactively.
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers—both remotely and through site visits (including interstate travel as required).
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, including risk registers, project timelines, invoicing, and compliance to ISO 9001 standards.

What you will bring to this role :

You’ll be a strong communicator and confident organiser, ready to take on a diverse and rewarding role. To succeed, you'll need:

  • Experience in a similar role or a strong technical background with a desire to move into project coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical drawings and technical schematics.
  • Proficiency in tools like CAD, PLC programming software, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when required.
