FAAC Group, world leader in access automation, parking and access control, including 50 sales companies, more than 3.700 employees worldwide and 18 manufacturing plants is seeking a dynamic and motivated graduate that will be part of our HR department in the HQ in Bologna as HR Talent Acquisition Intern for a 6 months internship.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to our talent acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
  • Support in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and programs to attract top talent
  • Update and maintain our applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives, such as updating social media profiles and careers website with relevant content and engaging job postings
  • Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and new recruitment tools to continuously improve our talent acquisition process
  • Assist with ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements:

  • Graduated or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
