This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Technical Support Representative to join our dynamic team and play a key role in helping our customers’ with technical support for all our products.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced automation technical support representative who is and self-motivated individual to join our Branch located in Regents Park.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Respond to incoming technical calls and enquiries.
  • Addressing technical questions and applications regarding the company's products.
  • Troubleshooting any technical problems over the phone and on site when required.
  • Respond to customers in a timely and accurate manner and engaging them in a way that promotes our brand and products.
  • Customer service excellence focused.
  • Minor warranty repairs as required

What you will bring to the role:

  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot an diagnose issues quickly and effectively.
  • Customer focused attitude where you will utilise your communication skills to guide customers through technical problems with clear and concise instructions.
  • You will have an ability to work with a variety of technologies and will have an eagerness to learn different product ranges.
  • You will be a team player with proven ability to exercise patience and empathy with both internal and external clients.
  • Fantastic organisation skills with experience on managing multiple support cases, track progress and ensure timely follow up with customers.

Experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

  • Boom gates, Sliding & Swing gates, Bollards, and other perimeter access products.
  • Relevant Electrical and/or Technical qualification.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar industry, excellent time management, be friendly and well presented, and be self-motivated.
