National Automation, a member of the FAAC group and one of Ireland’s leading distributors of automation, access control, CCTV and security products are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive to join the Internal Sales team based at our offices in Boyle, Co. Roscommon.

The ideal Candidate will have a background in sales either customer facing or over the phone or have an electrical or security integrator background who may be looking to make the change to a sales role.

The successful candidate must have the desire and drive to succeed, be open to change and have the ability for continuous learning and development. The successful Candidate must be of good character, be a team player and enjoy working in a fast paced sales environment while continuing to grow and develop their skills.

The key focus of the role is to provide a first class service to our customers each and every time through answering their sales queries on our product range by phone or email.

Be a first point of contact in providing customized solutions and preparing quotations for a wide variety of specialist customers in the Security, Electrical, Wholesale and Gate Fabrication sector.

Develop a key account management concept for relevant customers and ensure that they are contacted on a regular basis. Provide advice and guidance to customers in the correct selection of products or services for projects. Manage customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

You’ll be working within a team of dedicated Sales and Technical support staff to maximize our customer service and response time. You’ll have experience in providing a consistent high level of performance and have the ability to work under pressure in providing an exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel. Experience with INTACT Software is an advantage.


The successful candidate needs to be highly motivated, have the ability to work on their own initiative, willing to learn, possess excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player and have a ‘can do winning attitude’.
