This position is responsible for providing technical support to through the handling of incoming technical enquiries. The Internal Technical Support Representative works with customers to determine technical solutions and ensure a smooth after-sales technical support process.

Located in New South Wales at our head office in Regents Park, the key responsibilities include:

  • Respond to incoming technical calls and enquiries
  • Addressing technical questions and applications regarding the company's products
  • Troubleshooting any technical problems over the phone
  • Respond to customers in a timely and accurate manner and engaging them in a way that promotes our brand and products
    • Emphasize product technical features and benefits
    • Develop effective relationships with distributors and installers and provide ongoing technical support
    • Product/service demonstrations for clients as required
    • Hands-on with motor repairs in the warranty workshop
    • Assist in formulating training program for individual or group of clients in consultation and guidance with the National Technical Manager

    Skills & Experience

    • Customer service excellence focused
      • 1 to 5 years experience within a similar position
      • Excellent verbal and written skills
      • Proven internal technical support skills
      • Technical aptitude and capabilities
      • Ability to work autonomously with effective time management
