GRAPHIC DESIGN & COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities:

- contribute to content creation for case studies, acting as a liaison for global company stakeholders

- support both Marketing Comms and Technical Documentation departments with daily activities, including the graphic set-up of product manuals

- deliver effective and catchy copywriting for social media (LinkedIn); company websites; industry press with product-related content, events, initiatives

- assist with Social Media Marketing execution and support: create engaging content (visual, video, copy) to promote and acquire new subscribers to company web pages

- assist the local subsidiaries with the organization of tradeshows and company events

- ensure the utmost update of intranet content and relevant repositories

Key requirements:

- You already have a Degree, preferably in Marketing & Communication/ Graphic design

- Fluency in English (Mother tongue preferred)

- Basic related experience would be a plus

Skills:

- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- At least good knowledge of graphic and/or video editing software (e.g. Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)

- Basic to good knowledge of SEO and SEM strategy

- Familiarity with marketing software and online applications (e.g. online analytics, Google AdWords etc.)

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Great enthusiasm, motivation, ability to problem solving and team spirit
