Responsibilities
Sales:
- Develop a regional sales plan aligned with corporate goals to drive growth, revenue, and market share.
- Conduct direct sales activities to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities with existing and new accounts.
- Stay updated on current parking industry trends in technology and operations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company products and services and their application to customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations effectively.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, including company owners, key decision makers, technical staff, and various internal teams.
- Conduct on-site client walk-throughs to assess environmental conditions impacting offered solutions.
- Represent the company at pre-bid meetings and intervene in conflict resolution and problem-solving with customers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to define, implement, and enhance the sales process.
- Advocate for customers to drive mutual growth and ensure the implementation of policies and programs.
- Report sales progress against set objectives on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Actively participate in corporate meetings, contributing ideas and suggestions for improvement.
Marketing:
- Utilize corporate marketing materials to enhance brand awareness and product reputation.
- Implement direct sales marketing strategies and initiatives developed by the Marketing team.
Additional Duties:
- Perform other assigned duties as required, including coverage for absences or workload balancing.
Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in direct sales with demonstrable results against set plans.
- Efficient technical aptitude to understand, explain, and demonstrate software and hardware.
- Moderate out-of-town travel may be required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to develop business analysis, sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Hunter sales aptitude, characterized by assertiveness, self-starting initiative, sociability, and impatience.
- Strong execution and follow-through skills.
- High-level problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good understanding of parking equipment and software, cloud SaaS computing, mobile applications, and business requirements specifications.
- Comfortable working under deadline pressure and willingness to work extra hours if needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), video conferencing platforms, and shared content platforms such as WebEx and OneDrive.
- Valid driver's license.
