This is an ideal role for a qualified service technician who wants to transition from a hands on role into and office environment.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation process and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within NSW and QLD. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors, and our internal teams to coordinate efforts, manage resources, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What you will do with us:

  • Oversee installation processes, perform site inspections and ensure all safety and quality documentation (JSEA, SWMS, etc.) is completed
  • Evaluate and manage project deliverables, ensure milestones are met, and work with the team to keep projects on track
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure expectations are clear and installations run smoothly, including interstate site visits when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including risk registers, simple project plans/timelines, and invoicing information. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (ISO 9001)

What you will bring to the role:

  • You will have great communication skills and will be clear, motivating and professional when dealing with all stakeholders
  • You will be stay motivated, organised and goal-orientated to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable using software like CAD, PLC programming tools and CRM Systems and have a knack for adapting to new technology
  • You will have experience in a similar role and confident with analysing electrical drawing and project management
