FAAC Technologies, world leader in access automation, parking and access control, including 50 sales companies, more than 3.700 employees worldwide and 18 manufacturing plants, is looking for a is looking for a Junior IT Business Analyst, who acting as a link between business and technical solutions, will be in charge to investigate, analyze and define business requirements and propose possible solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define system scope and objectives based on user needs and a good understanding of information technology, business processes and requirements
- Identify business needs and translate them into system/application requirements for software developers and infrastructure technicians
- Apply information technology expertise to support proposals, feasibility studies, implementations and new business development
- Design and propose new solution and/or new applications, defining how they have to interact
- Operate as a team member and as a team leader
- Develop user manuals, training and acceptance test plans
Key Requirements:
- Information Technology degree or equivalent
- Basics of project management
- Knowledge of SAP modules would be considered as a plus
- Knowledge of JavaScript will be considered as a plus
- Available to travel abroad
