FAAC Group, world leader in access automation, parking and access control, including 50 sales companies, more than 3.600 employees worldwide and 18 production sites, is looking for a Software Tester & Validation Specialist.
The successful candidate will be part of our IT corporate function, which develops, produces and distributes software solutions both used internally and those in the portfolio whether they are on-prem or cloud services. Specifically, the candidate will be part of the software development team in the Bologna Headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify software requirements and features
- Design a test plan to carry out
- Perform all tests specified in the plan
- Document the testing procedures used
- Identify errors and malfunctions
- Develop all related reports on the results obtained
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in computer science, electronic or equivalent
- Knowledge of developing and documentation of test plans would be considered a plus
- Basic knowledge of Software Development would be welcomed
- Basic knowledge in MongoDB would be welcomed
- Good knowledge of the English language
