Primary Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the Sales activities of Access Solutions within NSW and ACT regions.

  1. Business Development & Training
  • Develop strategies for existing and new products within new markets to grow the company’s sales, particularly in the commercial and industrial environments;
  • Together with the NSW Sales team, maintaining & developing customer relationships with existing customers and new customers;
  • Exploring new business opportunities and increasing the customer database.
  • Develop monthly forecast using Sales Budget figures.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies targeting potential verticals.
  • Develop and review on a regular basis, the strategic sales plan and budget.
  • Training, coaching and mentoring the NSW Sales team as required.

2. Tendering

  • Oversee tenders and quotations
  • Regularly review tendering websites and business portals to identify business opportunities.
  • Preparing detailed submissions for tender requests.
