Responsibilities:

• To directly contribute to achieving AAES Revenue Growth & Margin Improvement targets via the focus on quote generation, MFQ support and ultimately order growth for the department and business.

• To develop relationships with regional customer base with aim of establishing repeat business and repeat opportunity to quote.

• To develop relationships with all field engineers with the aim of working in unison to achieve growth and year on year improvement

Knowledge/Experience required:

• Achieve individual and team KPI targets - Quotes Generated, Quotes Chased, Orders Received, Value per Door, Conversion Rates etc.

• Work with technicians to support MFQ efficiency

• Actively chase quotations and drive orders on a daily basis

• Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel

• Ability to work within team structure and also prioritise own workload

• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives

• Complete EXG (Exchange) quotations and chase for orders when required

• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis

• Be an ambassador for Excellent Customer Service

• Supporting BAAN Customer & Asset Detail Maintenance Via The Contracts Administrator where required

• Assist the Service Sales Field Teams with support where required

• Work within the Lean/Kaizen Office methodology
