We are recruiting for a Project Co-Ordinator to join our team on a 12 month fixed contract basis.

The role is based in our Sunbury-on-Thames office and sits within our Internal Sales and Operations team.

The duties of the role include:

  • Planning subcontract Engineers for installations
  • Managing incomplete installations
  • Planning the delivery of equipment to site for installations
  • Liaising with Regional Operations Managers to manage FOP costs
  • Ordering materials for EQS projects to production
  • Management of late costs for projects
  • BAAN admin
  • Raising subcontract Engineer purchase orders
  • Updating customers on the progress of projects
  • Sending completion packs/commissioning certifications/warranty information to customers
  • Invoicing of projects

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience of project co-ordination, ideally within the Construction industry
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees and customers, both in a one-on-one and group setting
  • Strong organisation skills and internal drive to see tasks through to completion
  • An ability to effectively plan, prioritise and manage conflicting and changing priorities to tight timescales
  • High attention to detail with the ability to take initiative and be self-driven
  • Practical problem solver and desire to overcome daily challenges
  • IT literate with a good knowledge of the MS Office suite of packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
