National Automation, a FAAC Technologies brand, one of Ireland’s leading distributors of automation, access control, CCTV and security products are looking to recruit a Full-time Office Administrator to join the team based at our offices in Boyle, Co. Roscommon.
The ideal Candidate will have some experience in working in a high-paced office environment, be flexible in their approach, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have excellent PC, written and verbal communication skills.

• THE ROLE:
The key focus of this role is to provide a first class service to our customers with each and every time. Duties of the role include but not limited too; welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel, carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents, maintaining general office files and performing other relevant duties when needed. Experience in basic accounting principles or indeed a marketing role is also an advantage.
It is envisaged that one day a week will be dedicated to marketing duties including database maintenance, direct mail preparation, social channel maintenance and other duties yet to be prescribed, previous experience on this area would be a distinct advantage to the applicant.
You will be working within a team of dedicated office support staff to maximise our customer service and response time. You will have experience in providing a consistent high level of performance and have the ability to work under pressure in providing an exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Depending on the choice above experience with INTACT Software and Previous Experience and understanding of Mailchimp and Marketing via social Media is also an advantage.
