Customer Service Specialist with French.
- Insertion of sales orders for the subsidiaries through processing tools (Axioma, FPX, SAP) following the pre-established procedures and monitored by shared KPIs.
- Constantly guarantee the complete availability and timeliness of the configured products requested by the subsidiary, also in triangulated.
- Communicate the status of the order, changes, delays and anomalies that may occur until delivery at destination.
- Handle inquiries and complaints from affiliates with respect to complete sales flow management.
- Verification and validation of standard sales orders entered via SAP and Sales Portal.
- Exchange of information with subsidiaries and Production Planning and Logistics colleagues relating to the readiness of the goods and ensure the activities necessary for the organization of the shipment, processing load plan requests, issuing bills, preparing the practice of documents for shipment, creating the loading group and compiling the collection file.
- Handle complaints from affiliates with respect to order management.
Competences and requirements:
- Degree in Foreign Languages and / or Economics;
- Excellent knowledge of English and French
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a Manufacturing industry
- Client & Service Orientation;
- Precision and accuracy;
- Risk Analysis & Problem solving;
- Planning & Organization;
- Highly appreciated knowledge of SAP management;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
