Accounts Receivable Specialist
RESPONSIBILITES
1. Collections
- Direct collection efforts to customers.
- Collaborate with sales and senior management when necessary to facilitate the collection process.
2. Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service regarding collection issues.
- Resolve client questions and discrepancies.
3. Dispute Resolution
- Reconcile customer disputes related to payments of outstanding balances.
4. Issue Identification
- Identify and report issues as needed.

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
