FAAC International, Inc. has one opening available for the position of Pedestrian Project Manager
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:
- Analyze and coordinate schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets for projects within the FAAC International pedestrian division.
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Assign responsibilities to subordinates regarding plans and deployment of projects.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Plan, schedule, and execute new installations, including functionality add-ons for existing customers.
- Develop and update pedestrian gate project plans, including project scope, and implement change controls as needed.
- Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives.
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Negotiate with project stakeholders and suppliers to determine overall project costs.
- Utilize project management tools and techniques for planning, scheduling, scope issues, and risk management.
- Identify skill shortages and decide on additional recruitment needs for the division.
- Attend meetings with customers and integrator partners to plan work and resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Requires U.S. bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field.
- Two years of experience as a Product Analyst in the Pedestrian access solutions industry, leading technical support personnel responsible for product development, cost control, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Background check required.
- Requires U.S. travel up to 25% to unanticipated locations for periods of up to a week.
