Overall Purpose of the Job
To plan the daily jobs of our service engineers across the UK and Ireland dealing with internal and external customers working towards our monthly KPIs.

Reporting Relationships
To report directly to Planning Manager. Working alongside a team of 4 planners and closely with the field team and Regional Operations Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • To schedule the work of our service engineers – a mixture of repairs, breakdowns, and planned maintenance.
  • To work closely with Field Operational Managers to drive productivity from the field team.
  • To work closely with internal and external customers to help adhere to contractual SLA’s.
  • Communicating with other internal departments regarding ETAs.
  • Providing customers with regular updates.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience Required
IT literature and previous phone skills necessary, Previous planning preferable but not required.

Competencies / Capabilities
Organised, time keeping skills, ability to work under pressure.

Special Factors of the Role
Must be available to work one Saturday a month.
