Customer Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter orders received from customers / subsidiaries via standard PO or Configurator;
  • Plan the production of the required equipment;
  • Monitor the progress of the production of orders for which they are responsible for;
  • Guarantee compliance to commercial conditions indicated in the sales contract (payment terms, discounts, return conditions, net prices);
  • Ensuring the resolution of return shipments, non-conformities and management of delivery delays;
  • Provide customer support;
  • Issue invoices and credit / debit notes in compliance with existing CEE and EXTRA CEE regulations;
  • Ensure all activities necessary for goods collection;
  • Issue logistics and customs documentation needed for export purposes;
  • Monitor the customer's credit situation;

Competences and requirements:

  • Degree in Foreign Languages and / or Economics;
  • Background in the Sales Administration area;
  • Client & Service Orientation;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and preferably of a second language (Spanish, French);
  • Precision and accuracy;
  • Risk Analysis & Problem solving;
  • Planning & Organization;
  • Highly appreciated knowledge of SAP management;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
