National Automation, a member of the FAAC group and one of Ireland’s leading distributors of automation, access control, CCTV and security products are looking to recruit an Internal Technical Sales Support Person to join the Internal Technical Sales team based at our offices in Boyle, Co. Roscommon, Ireland.

The ideal Candidate will have a background in either Gate Automation, Security or Access Control either as an Installer or alternatively in Sales Distribution. The position may also suit a Trainee Applicant who has a strong interest or ability in Electrical controls, CCTV or other Security related products and has the drive, commitment and ability to learn, grow and develop in the role.

  • THE ROLE:

    The key focus of this role is to provide a first class service to our customers each and every time through answering their sales & technical queries on our vast product range by either phone or email. Be a first point of contact in providing customized solutions and preparing quotations for a wide variety of specialist customers in the Security, Electrical, Wholesale and Gate Fabrication sector.

    You’ll be working within a team of dedicated Sales and Technical support staff to maximize our customer service and response time. You’ll have experience in providing a consistent high level of performance and have the ability to work under pressure in providing an exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel. Experience with INTACT Software is an advantage.
