VIKING Access Systems, recently acquired by FAAC Group, the leading international pioneer in the automated systems industry and in the control of pedestrian and vehicle accesses for residential and commercial applications.

Our business is growing and we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our Irvine, CA location. In this role, you will support all marketing and sales activity. This is a high visibility position, interacting with all levels of company employees as well as industry leaders and stakeholders.

The main focus of this position is to promote our brand names and coordinate our market analysis. You will work closely with the sales staff and utilize your marketing expertise to help develop and execute marketing programs that will increase demand and drive revenue.

Responsibilities & Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Define and execute Marketing campaigns
  • This will include both digital and print media to support promotions, trade shows, communications and trade materials
  • Works with local and corporate staff to determine appropriate customized programs and strategies for various market segments.
  • Provide coordination and project management to ensure event success.
  • Build brand awareness
  • Coordinate market analysis to support brand opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Marketing or Sales
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Proficient with Adobe InDesign, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual: English/Spanish - preferred)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • May require some paid for traveling (<20%)
