The successful candidate will be part of the Operations - Supply & Logistics department.

The department ensures the correct functioning of all internal logistic and shipping activities, with the aim of guaranteeing the fulfillment of orders on time as shared with the internal stakeholders (production, planning and customer service, other subsidiaries) and external stakeholders (customers and suppliers).

In particular, once the order is received, the office checks its correct management by the warehouse, until it reaches its destination.

The candidate will support and supervise warehouse activities and monitor transport, interacting with all the company actors involved in the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Constant monitoring of operating procedures
  • Performance monitoring and review of the KPIs of the main logistics providers
  • Optimization of outbound flows
  • Management of the logistic process between HeadQuarter and external warehouses / transporters
  • Point of contact for problem solving
  • Communication to customers and our subsidiaries for the resolution of anomalies
  • Organization of ad-hoc transports on request

Key requirements:

  • Technical diploma
  • Degree in Management Engineering will be considered a plus
  • Previous experience of at least 1 year in an equivalent position, ideally in structured companies
  • Profound knowledge of the main systems and the processes of structured warehouses
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package, especially of spreadsheets
  • Excellent problem solving skills, with particular reference to warehouse IT equipment (RF devices, WMS, scales ...)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Great enthusiasm, motivation, ability to problem solving and team spirit
