We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated HR Executive to join our office in Shah Alam, Selangor.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Credit Controller Officer to make their mark within a global company.

The Credit Controller Officer is responsible for the day-to-day accounting tasks for our office in Malaysia.

Responsibilities :

  • Actively run weekly accounts receivables meetings and maintain relevant KPI's
  • Monitor client payment terms and respond accordingly.
  • Prepare Debtor's ageing
  • Oversee compliance with the company's credit policy.
  • Liaise with external debt collection company as required
  • General ledger reconciliations including month-end journals.
  • Bank Reconciliations.
  • Producing company weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements relating to accounts receivables.
  • Participate in internal and external finance audits as required
  • Any other ad-hoc assignment.

About you

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
  • Experienced in Accounts Receivables and credit controlling
  • Possess good knowledge of basic accounting procedures
  • Familiar with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and filing procedure.
  • Intermediate level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Well versed in English mandatory in this position.
